Shortly after submitting your details for your reservation, you'll receive the transaction confirmation email from PayPal or your credit card company, as well as our confirmation email containing all your ferry departure details, our ferry schedule and our Mersing Ferry Departure Hotline number, which you can call to get the latest ferry departure time updates.

Your ferry tickets will be sent to you by SingPost registered mail. We'll also send a unique article tracking code to your email address that you can use to monitor the geographical location and delivery progress status of your tickets. This way, you'll always know your tickets' whereabouts and the date they will be delivered to your address.
You can, of course, also collect your tickets at your local post office if you wish, for instance, after your local post office operator found nobody at your home when delivering your tickets. Please refer to the collection instructions left by your local post office operator.
There are no extra charges for our registered mail service.
N.B. Please allow up to 10 days for the delivery of your tickets.
Once you're in Mersing, just make your way to Counter 21 at Mersing Harbour Centre (Map) and show our staff your tickets. You'll be given your boarding passes, after which you can go over to the ferry boarding gate.
Your ferry tickets are dispatched to you by SingPost registered mail, to be delivered at the address submitted by you in your reservation details. This delivery service is provided free of charge.
Please note that refund requests qualify for a full refund when made a minimum of 10 days before the ticket's departure date. A Euro 5 administration fee per ticket will be levied. Refund requests that are made 5-10 days before the departure date qualify for a 50% refund. Refund requests made within the 5 day notice period are not granted.
